Kedron Wavell Hockey are excited to announce Elké Swain as our Division 2 Women’s coach for the 2021 season.

Swain joins the Wolves with a strong background in club and representative coaching, umpiring and selecting in both junior and senior hockey over a 30 year period.

Elke is a member of the Rangeville Hockey Club (Toowoomba) and has held the Division 1 women’s coach position since 2014where she coached the team to premierships in 2014, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Her representative accomplishments have seen her hold keyroles in state and national coaching and selecting including:

    • Coach – Australian Master O/45 team 2020 World Cup (moved to 2021)
  • 2019
    • Coach – Australian Masters O/45 – Gold Medallists
    • Asst. Coach – Australian Master O/35 Assistant Coach– Gold Medallists
    • Coach – QLD Country Women’s Team – Gold Medallists
    • Selector – QLD Country Women’s Team
  • 2018
    • Coach – QLD Country Women’s Team – Gold Medallists
    • Selector QLD Country Women’s Team
  • 2017
    • Assistant Coach – QLD Country Women’s Team – Gold Medallists
  • Toowoomba U18 representative Coach, Qld U15 Selector and QLD U13 Asst. Coach
