REGISTRATION STEP 2 - COMPLETE ONLINE FOR HOCKEY QUEENSLAND REGISTRATION PORTAL

Important Note: All Players are also liable for an additional Hockey (HQ) (HA) fee not included in the Kedron Wavell Fees. This fee also covers your insurance.
The fee is to be paid separately to Hockey Queensland and must be completed online prior to your first fixture game without exception. (Credit or Debit M/Card, Visa excepted)
This is a mandatory fee for all hockey players in Queensland it is not a Club or Association charge.
The HQ fees are: $130 for senior players (over 18)

When viewing the OST form, existing members use the "Login" link top-right, new members use the "Registration" link top-left.

If you have previously registered with IMG OST and you have forgotten your password, then enter your email address, the one you used when you originally registered, then tap the "Forgotten Your Password?" link. Providing the system can confirm your email address, your password will be emailed to it. IMG STG recommends using Google Chrome or Firefox when using the One Sport Technology (OST) Console or front end portals. The recommended browsers are well supported, safer and provide a better a user experience. In line with industry standard, IMG STG also support Internet Explorer 9, 10 & 11

STEP 3 PURCHASE UNIFORMS

Uniform Required: Shorts $34.00 and Socks $12.50 Hoodies $60.00, supporter polo shirts $35.00 & training singlets $28.50 are optional Kedron will have a limited supply of uniforms available for purchase on Sign on Day Sunday 7th February 2016 at the clubhouse between 10am – 2pm. If you can’t make sign on day than details for ordering uniforms online are below: Orders are to be placed online Club Uniforms 

Once all items that you wish to purchase have been selected and put into the ‘shopping basket’ players will need to register themselves on the Kukrisports website. Online orders can be picked up from Kurkri Sports or they will deliver them to your door for a fee ($15 for Shorts/Socks), no deliveries to the club will be made. Tuesday night will be available for ½ field for an hour in February & March for 2016.

COMPETITION STARTS

Proposed season start for Seniors and are subject to change once team nominations have been finalised. Division 1-3 Men are proposed to start on 2/4/16 (10 Team competition) Division 4-6 Men are proposed to start on 6/3/16 (8 Team competition)

PRESEASON GAMES

CANTEEN DUTY

To meet registration commitment, each team will be rostered throughout the season to do multiple shifts in the club canteen. Each player in the team will be required to fill all the rosters for that team, by taking turns of doing a duty.
Once teams are finalised, the roster will be emailed to you by your team manager advising of the dates your team has been allocated. It is then up to you to get fill in a date that works for you, otherwise you will be allocated the left over dates.
If you cannot commit to a date, you do have the option to pay the levy for your duty. The levy is $80—please contact your team manager if you wish to do this and they will organise this payment to be transferred to the correct person that will fulfill the duty.
We all know that circumstances change & sometimes situations arise where you are no longer able to do that duty. In this situation you must communicate this by:
Swapping with another person in your team—through your manager; or
Contact & discuss with the Men’s canteen coordinator
Notice must be given 48hrs prior to your shift or
No Notice or Failure to show for your shift will result in a club fine of $100.
The fine is to cover the administration and replacement cost of your shift it is not revenue raising.
By not fulfilling the commitment to the duty causes inconvenience to the club and other club members! If you cannot do it – you need to make, contact to organise an appropriate replacement person.
